* Head to the Chinatown Monorail Station
* Chase down Harold through the Monorail tracks, but be careful not to get ran over. If a train is coming, go to the other tracks.
* Steal Harold's package.
* Bring the Package back to Joey's.

8-Ball: Joey? Where are you?
(8-Ball sees a note on the ground)
Joey (voice): 8-Ball, I have, uhhhh, business to take care of with Misty. Listen, I have a job for you. Harold the Demon Frog has a package, and I want you to go, and get it for me. Harold is over at the Chinatown Monorail Station. Kill him, and bring the package back here.

News Lady: Motorcycle chase has happened today, at the Portland Monorail Tracks. Some conductors had seen the chase, while they were transporting people around the City. One Civilian said that the battle started at the Chinatown Monorail Station. More soon, only on LCN.
