Objectives:
* Head to the Staunton Island Church.
* Chase down the Sicilian biker that has Joey's Mini Flamethrower.
* Take the Flamethrower to Joey back at the Hotel.

Script:

8-Ball: Hello? This CJ?

CJ: Sure is, homie! Now, listen, I told you I lived in Liberty, and I worked with your boss, Joey Leone. He gave me a job before I came back home at Los Santos, San Andreas. The sad thing is, I never finished the job he gave me. The job was, he lost his little mini flamethrower so he can burn down a Sindacco Headquarters. I called one of your friends: Richard, right? I worked with Rich as well, and he said he still doesn't have it. Although Rich told me the Sindaccos were chased out of Liberty already, but why don't you get his flamethrower back anyway? Rich told me the Sicilian Mafia has it, Rich told me they are at the Staunton Island Church, why don't you go get that for him, for sure?

(when 8-Ball has the flamethrower, and heads to Joey's Room)

Joey: 8-Ball? Wuss up? Wait...is that...my flamethrower?

8-Ball: Yeah, your old buddy Carl Johnson said it was yours.

Joey: But, I asked for this 12 years ago! The Sindaccos are already out of Liberty! Oh well, thanks anyway, 8-Ball! I'll give him a call, and thank him for not forgeting his job. Also, 8-Ball? It looks like the Sicilians have returned to Liberty City. We have to keep an eye on them, okay? We don't want them to find out about the death of my father.
