Objectives:
* Grab your Binoculars at your Place.
* Head over to Chinatown.
* Spy on the Triad and Diablo meeting.
* Drive back at Rich's Place.

Script:

*knock knock*

Richard: Who's there?

8-Ball: 8-Ball.

Richard: 8-Ball, who?

8-Ball: Just open the god damn door!

Richard: (laughs) Nice joke, man! Very funny!

8-Ball: Riiiiiiiiich!

Richard: Fine, but you can't handle a joke, man? (opens door)

8-Ball: How ya doing, Rich?

Richard: Not bad, not bad. So, you're ready for your first job?

8-Ball: More than ever!

Richard: Very well then, time to get you back on your feet. Now, as you know, the Triads had teamed up with the Diablos. That'll make a MASSIVE EFFECT to the Leones! I want you to spy on their meeting, and hear what the hell are they doing. Be sure to take some bionculars with you, and don't get spotted.

8-Ball: Okay, Rich.

Triad: So, us Triads, and you Diablos are at truce, against the Leone Family.

Diablo: That's correct.

Triad: So, what should be our plan to attack the Gentleman's Club at Portland Beach?

Diablo: We're still thinking, but I'm sure all of us would be treated fairly in this mission. All we need to make sure, is to find Joey Leone dead.

Triad: Just, Joey?

Diablo: Well if we can find Toni Cipriani, than sure, him too, he's a tough bastard for the Leones.

Triad: Okay, make sure know Leones know about this. They need to know, we are not a piece.

Diablo: As you wish. See you at the mission.

(back at Rich's, Rich is waiting for you outside)

Richard: What news?

8-Ball: The Triads and Diablos are planning a huge attack at the Gentleman's Club.

Richard: Bad news that is. I'll notify Mr. Leone about this. By the way, Luigi wants to help you get back on your feet. Meet him at his Club later. I'll give you more jobs later, I'll let you know. Okay, we good? Alright, see ya, man.
