Mission 7a - Street Race: Part 1

Start-Off Location: Rich's Place, Saint Mark's, Portland, Liberty City
Reward: $1,000
Unlock Missions: Crazy Driver (Rich), People will try to call 8-Ball through payphones around Portland and challenge 8-Ball to a race.

Objective:
* Find a Car (only regular cars, and SUVs are aloud)
* Get to the race starting point near the Callahan Bridge.
* Win the race, and win the grand prize of $1,000.

8-Ball: Rich? Rich?

(8-Ball finds a note)

Rich (voice): Dear 8-Ball, I found a way to get some more money. The Mayor started a race contest so gangs could earn money by Street Racing. There are a few parts of the contest. Part 1 is the Portland Regular Car races. If you want to win the prize of $1,000, win this race. The race is gonna start at the Callahan Bridge. Remember, they only allow Regular Cars, and SUVs. No, sports cars, no gang cars, no bikes, etc. Good luck on the race! You're challengers are James the Demon Frog, Ashiko the Yakuza, and Johnny of the Forellis.
